The Paper Shelter *Seeing Red*

Good Morning folks! why are some peeps so bloody nasty my MIL sits in a chair all day with her flipping feet up and me waiting on her hand and foot and then she comes out with nasty remarks I sometime wonder why I even bother,I'm so pissed off I could cry and it wouldn't be the first time either, I wouldn't mind but I struggle sometimes sorting myself out when my RA plays up like getting dressed I cant walk up and down stairs like most peeps do I struggle but that does'nt seem to matter to her I feel like flipping screaming at the top of my voice but that would just give me a sore throat and hubby does'nt say a word I know its hard for him as he is stuck in the middle well no he isn't cos I dont even bother saying anything to him now and I feel so miserable.

I would like to everyone for their lovely comments regarding my cat he is doing really well now, he's driving his brother mad wanting to play all the time lol.

Well I think I have moaned enough I have a card to share with you today its my DT card for the Paper Shelter and a big thank you to everyone that joined us last week but you must use a Paper Shelter image to win the prizes you can of course still play. Right now on to my card I've used the Goth Girl and the theme this week is seeing RED well I dont normally use much red as I always have probs when I do colour with it but the are called challenges for a reason right lol.

The papers are Bearly Mine and I'm sorry I dont know the other one off hand, the flowers are from Wild Orchid crafts the leaves are a Marianne Design creatable which I love, the sentiment is from Lili of the Valley and the ribbon and pearls are from my stash.

I would also like to enter a couple of challenges

Incy Wincy Punches or Dies
A Spoonful of Sugar Birthday
The Crafty Pad Red Pink and Black
Crazy 4 Challenges Use Dies
By The Cute and Girly Red
Thank you for stopping by and thank you for any comments you leave they are always very much appreciated. Enjoy your day.

Morning Gina, Life can be hell at times but at least you can escape in your crafting, dont let MIL get to you, just switch of like you would with the kids.

You are right - some people are just down right difficult and do not appreciate those around them. Your card is fabulous though, and I just love your layout

sorry to hear about your MIL, but if it is making you feel that miserable - perhaps you do really need to sit your OH down with the MIL. and say enough is enough, and your OH needs to step in. It can not carry on this way.

Gina, this is a stunning card. Love how you have incorporated red, pink and black for our challenge at The Crafty Pad this week. Love the image and the embellishments. Usually people are miserable because they are not happy. Perhaps, ask her (in a nice way) what can I do to make you happy?...just a thought. Hugs to you XXX

Hi gina :)

This is a very sweet card, and your colouring and embellishments are fab.

I hope you manage to have a good weekend, and dont let other peoples nastiness affect you. Its up to you if you give them the power over you, and if you can find the strength to just ignore it and focus on other things then it might help. You have such a talent and a wonderful hobby which you are good at, and no one can take that away from you. :) Keep smiling hun, and dont let anyone make you cry ;)

hugs
