The Paper Shelter challenge *5*

Good morning folks where are the days going I only wish I knew lol, I'm running around playing catch up again, I've been to the hospital today for my check up with the rheumatologist and she has told me that I need surgery on one of my feet because of my RA my big toe has crossed over under the next toe and it is really painful but it means I'll be off my feet for a while which I'm not to happy about but will have to see what happens she has written to the surgeon, they have to work it between treatments so that I dont have to stop it so will just have to wait now.

Anyway that's enough of my problems I'm here to show you a card its my Paper Shelter DT card and the theme this week is Spring Fling and i've used this really cute Bee image you can get it HERE isn't he sweet, the papers are Kay & Co the ribbon I won ages ago in a candy the leaves are Martha Stewart punch and the flowers are from Mulberry Crafts and the pearls are from my stash.
