sweet sounds of summer

Good afternoon everyone, well have i had a busy day with all of my grandchildren here but at least it didn't rain so we could at least get out in the garden, now they have all done so its time to chill out a bit lol.



Its Saturday so its time for another challenge over at One Stop Craft, this week it's our lovely Kathryn's turn to set the challenge and she would like to see patterned papers, we are also being sponsored by wink wink ink and they very kindly gave us some images to use and i've used Little Bird isn't it such a sweet image i have coloured it with copic markers, the papers are papermania summer bloom, I've used the plaid patterns, Martha Stewart butterflies the leaves are a Mirianne design creatables classic flowers the flower i made myself using wired ribbon this time.

Fairy Kisses

Good morning peeps, wow what a fantastic response to our last challenge 222 of you entered it so thank you each and everyone of you and it's now time for a new challenge over at Craftalicious and this time it's my turn to set the challenge and i would like you to make your own flowers, they can be made of anything you like ribbon tissue paper the choice is yours.


For my card we were given sum images from Stitchy Stamps as they are our sponsors this week and i just love this cutie she is Berry Fairy! i am also entering some challenges with my card i've used a mixture of papers, the flower i made myself from ribbon, Martha Stewart butterfly punch, gems and ribbon from my stash.

Love Fairy

Hi everyone sorry i've not been about but my keyboard decided to pack up on me,but Terry has been out a bought me and new one, it's a bit different to my old one and i keep hitting to wrong keys lol, anyway onto my card this is using one of the new gorgeous stamps that Teresa at Crafts and Me is now stocking, its a new designer that Teresa has discovered her name is Sara Burrier the stamps are exclusive to Crafts and Me and there is also a 10% discount for registered news letter readers so why not pop over and register for the Crafts and Me news letter.
Here's the card, i made this one up rather quickly just to have a play lol as you do, this one is called Love Fairy Blessing, i hope you like her.

Sweet Baby Girl

Good evening or i should say good morning everybody lol, well its been a hot day here in Essex we still haven't had any rain yet either and heaven knows my grass needs it still never mind. Its been a busy week backwards and forwards to the vets as one of my cats has been bitten on the tail and has an abscess where the bite is, but it is much better today so hopefully Tuesday will be the last visit. Right onto my cards that i have for you, well one was for last weeks Friday Sketchers and yes you guessed it i missed it lol,



so i have made another card for this weeks sketch which is also my DT card for Crafts and Me lol, i am also entering some challenges with these cards the beautiful whiff of joy image Willow holding baby can be found Here atCrafts and Me, these two cards are not really my normal style of cards either but the young lady that they are for doesn't like all the frills ect, so i just hope that they are ok.

Butterfly Keeper

Craftalicious DT Card

Hi Everybody its time for another challenge over at Craftalicious and i must say a big thank you to all that entered the last challenge, we had 340 entries wow how fab is that.

Happy Anniversary

Good evening all you lovely peeps out there, i want to know what's happened to our gorgeous weather? hopefully we will get some more sunny weather soon.
Sorry my cards are a bit thin on the ground but having mil here is coursing us some problems but hopefully they will get sorted out soon, it is a strain on us having to change our lives around completely as you can imagine, mentally and physically.





Anyway i have a card for you this evening see i even got this wrong!this was supposed to a DT card for one of my challenge blogs but for some reason i made an anniversary card so its no good for that challenge lol, good job i can still laugh at myself if i didn't i would burst into tears.

Hiding fairy by Molly Harrison

Good morning peeps, its still very hot here in Essex, not much crafting being done as its just too hot up in my craft room even with the fan and cider lol, but at least i'm getting my DT cards done just about lol! but i'm not complaining cos i love the summer but it doesn't last long enough for me.

Michelle your Swell

Good evening all you lovely peeps out there, what a gorgeous day we've had again, the only problem i have with this weather is my mil sleeps down stairs still at the mo as we are waiting for a stair lift to be fitted and she goes to bed at 9pm so the patio doors and windows are shut leaving us roasting as she doesn't feel the heat and even has the window shut lol.

Anyway back to my card, this one is the card i shall be sending to Michelle, who as most of you know by now had a terrible accident a couple of weeks back.
