Butterfly Keeper

Good morning all you lovely peeps out there, well the sun is shining today here in Essex and i hope its shining for you too.

Its Saturday so it's time for a new challenge over at One Stop Crafts and its our fabulous Janet's turn to set the challenge and she choose a colour theme of Pink Blue Green and a splash of Red and flowers and bling here a photo to help,


for my card i've used one of the gorgeous new stamps that Teresa now stock's over at Crafts and Me, this one is a Hannah Lynn design called the Butterfly Keeper isn't she gorgeous i've coloured her with copic markers and the gorgeous papers are from DCWV called madly in love the butterflies are Martha Stewart punches and the rest is from my stash.

Craftalicious DT Card

Hi Everybody its time for another challenge over at Craftalicious and i must say a big thank you to all that entered the last challenge, we had 340 entries wow how fab is that.





Anyway this challenge has been set my our lovely Carly and Carly would like to see birthday cards and we are being sponsored by Karen's doodles this time and boy has she got some fab images. Karen very kindly gave all images to play with too.

Well onto my card i made the card in my previous post for this then realised it had to be a birthday card, see my heads in the clouds again so i had to make another one so here it is as i said before we have lots of boys in our family and the little fella this is for is footie mad lol. Happy Anniversary

Good evening all you lovely peeps out there, i want to know what's happened to our gorgeous weather? hopefully we will get some more sunny weather soon.
Sorry my cards are a bit thin on the ground but having mil here is coursing us some problems but hopefully they will get sorted out soon, it is a strain on us having to change our lives around completely as you can imagine, mentally and physically.





Anyway i have a card for you this evening see i even got this wrong!this was supposed to a DT card for one of my challenge blogs but for some reason i made an anniversary card so its no good for that challenge lol, good job i can still laugh at myself if i didn't i would burst into tears.

Hiding fairy by Molly Harrison

Good morning peeps, its still very hot here in Essex, not much crafting being done as its just too hot up in my craft room even with the fan and cider lol, but at least i'm getting my DT cards done just about lol! but i'm not complaining cos i love the summer but it doesn't last long enough for me.



Onto my card this is my DT card for Crafts and Me, i've used one of the new Crafts and Me stamps this one is a Molly Harrison called Hiding and she is just gorgeous, i'm so loving using these stamps i think Teresa has done a fab job getting these and the new Hannah Lynn stamps, both of which are exclusive to Crafts and Me.

Michelle your Swell

Good evening all you lovely peeps out there, what a gorgeous day we've had again, the only problem i have with this weather is my mil sleeps down stairs still at the mo as we are waiting for a stair lift to be fitted and she goes to bed at 9pm so the patio doors and windows are shut leaving us roasting as she doesn't feel the heat and even has the window shut lol.

Anyway back to my card, this one is the card i shall be sending to Michelle, who as most of you know by now had a terrible accident a couple of weeks back.

Crafts and Me DT card and exciting news

Handmade Blessings

Hiya everyone well what gorgeous weather we are having at the minute and it's supposed to last a few more days, i'm out early in the morning to watch my grandson Caid do his fancy dress sponsored walk, which he is so excited about bless him i'll post a couple of pics tomorrow.

Sweet Birthday Wishes

Hi Everyone i'm sorry about the lack of posts and commenting but we've been trying to make our garden excessable for mil with her frame that she now has to use, we're almost there now, i've had my post op for my gal bladder removal today and all is well so i've been discharged from that department at least lol. My poor little granddaughter Lexi has now gone down with chicken pox bless her but its better to get while they are little just hope she doesn't get it as bad as her brother Caid.



Anyway i have actually had time to make a card today and its for the Lili of the Valley challenge, i love this little fairy she's so sweet. I love the sketch and will be using it again that's for sure.

Crafts and Me Challenge 7 DT card


Good morning every one, i hope the sun is shining for you today its been beautiful here in Essex the last few days, we've been busy in our garden trying to trim bushes back a bit as its so overgrown.

Anyway onto my card for this weeks challenge at Crafts and Me! its challenge seven already i cant believe how quick the weeks are whizzing by, so this weeks challenge has been set by our very talented Vix and its a birthday theme as its her Nans 90th and her DD will be two, so i have gone for the vintage look again as my card is for Vix nan, i just hope she likes it.

One Stop Crafts DT and Crafts and Me DT cards


Good evening peeps i running so late this weekend as it was my Grandson Caids Birthday party yesterday and the whole family got together to help him celebrate his special day, my daughters house looked like a mini typhoon had been through it lol.
Any way onto my cards the first one is my One Stop Crafts challenge dt card which i should have posted yesterday. Craftalicious 2nd challenge DT card

Good morning peeps i hope you have all had a good week and are looking forward to the weekend lets hope the lovely weather holds out too.

Well what a fab response to our first challenge over at the Craftalicious blog 114 entries that was brilliant and thank you all for your support, now lets see if we can do even better this week.

For my card i've used i've used a gorgeous image from the Stamping Boutique called Swan Song which Tracy very kindly gave me to play with i hope i've done it justice Tracy and thank you. I've used Kay&co papers Copic markers to colour Martha Stewart butterfly and leaf punches and a woodware grass and heart punches, the flowers are from wild orchid crafts and the gems and ribbon are from my stash.

Well i think that's it for now i'm still trying to catch up with blog visits as my MIL collapsed on Tuesday we called an ambulance but she refused to go to hospital, so her Dr told her that she had to go so the ambulance came back to collect her they kept her in for a few hours and she is now home after refusing to stay in hospital, hubby has told her that if it happens again she will have to stay in as they think her medication needs sorting out again.

My grandson Caid had a lovely 3rd birthday even with his chickenpox bless him as by Wednesday they weren't so painful, that's the end of my waffle lol.

Two Cards various Challenges

Good morning peeps i hope you had a fantastic weekend what ever you were doing we had unexpected visitor yesterday but it was lovely seeing our son Aaron his partner Lauren and of course baby Alfie, my poor little grandson Caid has come down with Chicken-pox and its his birthday on Wednesday bless him poor little thing.

Any way the cards i have for you today are for a few challenges, i will start with my DT card for Crafts and MeTeresa sent me this gorgeous stamp from the Lilac Lemon Designs range which she now stocks in the Crafts and Me shop here this one is Art Deco Couple and i think i will be purchasing some of these as they are fab to work with.



The papers are MME Bella Bella i've used copic marker to colour Martha Stewart butterfly leaf and hydrangea punches, woodware heart punch...the ribbon and gems and flowers are from my stash. I am also entering a couple of challenges with it, Friday sketchers is the fab sketch which i will be using again, and also Our Creative Corner which has a theme of Gotcha Cornered.


My Second card is one that i was asked to make for Caids birthday on wednesday! i have used one of the gorgeous new stamps from the Lili of the Valley, i just love these new boy ones i think they are super, this ones called Sailing Boat isn't he just the cutest little man lol, i've used copic markers to colour the papers i'm sorry i cant remember who's they are, woodware heart punch ribbon and buttons are from my stash.



I am also entering this card into a few challenges, Lili of the Valley is the fab sketch which i loved, Totally Gorjuss is One for The Boys, Charisma Cardzwant Spots and Stripes,CRAFT Challenge want Fathers day or mens cards since neither i or my hubby have dads this card is for our special little man our grandsons birthday, and finally Crafty Creations and the theme is childs play.

One for the nurses



Good afternoon peeps hope your having a good day and i hope the weather improves for the weekend.

The card i have foe you today is for the nurses that have been looking after my MIL who is now home here with us and this time we are getting the support that we should have had when they sent her home last time but i wont go into that or else i could be here all day lol.

Blue Haired Beauty



Good morning peeps did you get the storms last night? we did here in Essex and oh boy did it rain, anyway i'm here to show a card that i've made using the beautiful ching-chou kuik's Blue-Rose-Tatoo, but i've changed the colour so mines a pink Rose Tatoo lol, don't forget the only place you can get these gorgeous stamps in the UK is from Crafts and Me and Teresa's service is second to none. I have used Copic markers to colour my image the papers are Bo Bunny a gift of love,i have used the mystical-flourish-jewel-template which i also got from Crafts and Me some of which are still in stock... the flowers are from from the glitter pot and wild orchid crafts pearls and ribbon are from my stash. A Summers Afternoon
